Our delicious farm shop products include Sheoak Smoked
Oysters, KI Kilpatrick Sauce and pickled mussels. A Chill
and Grill lunch menu is available until 3pm including mouthwatering
natural oysters with a selection of chilled toppings, Oysters
Kilpatrick made with our very own blend of KI Kilpo Sauce,
Sweet Chilli Cheese oysters, Grilled Marron and salad, Mussel
Boats and bakery pizzas.
Learn how we farm our oysters from our interpretive display
and DVD presentation about aquaculture farming techniques
used on Kangaroo Island.
Visitors can purchase a variety of island aquaculture products
including our oysters, marron, abalone, yabbies and sustainable
seafood caught locally including Southern Rock Lobster,
the famous King George Whiting and Australian Herring and
Smoked Barramundi. We also stock the largest range of sauces,
condiments and jams made on the island. Come for lunch or
gather up a feast to be enjoyed back at your accommodation.
Either way a visit to our farm shop is a must whilst on
Kangaroo Island.
Good Food Kangaroo Island is an industry group
formed to encourage and support value adding producers and
protect the integrity of the Island’s produce. Regional
food groups have been established throughout South Australia
and are actively working with producers to establish regional
branding and long term relationships with major retailers
seeking access to high quality, branded products.
