Latitude 36 are makers of Honey and Mustard Dressing, and long time sole caterers for the award winning Exceptional Kangaroo Island Tour business.

Bev & Tony Nolan established the Latitude 36 food business in 1992. When deciding on a name for the food business they were aware that when you look at the world map Kangaroo Island has a Latitude 36.

Chef Tony has a real passion for honey. With Bev’s family producing Clifford’s Honey it was natural for Tony to make value added preserves with the delicious honey.

Good Food Kangaroo Island is an industry group formed to encourage and support value adding producers and protect the integrity of the Island’s produce.
