Bev & Tony Nolan established the Latitude 36 food business
in 1992. When deciding on a name for
the food business they were aware that when you look on
the world map Kangaroo Island has a
Latitude 36.
Chef Tony has a real passion for honey. With Bev’s
family producing Cliff ord’s Honey it was natural
for Tony to make value added food preserves with the delicious
honey.

Good Food Kangaroo Island is an industry group
formed to encourage and support value adding producers and
protect the integrity of the Island’s produce. Regional
food groups have been established throughout South Australia
and are actively working with producers to establish regional
branding and long term relationships with major retailers
seeking access to high quality, branded products.
