At Two Wheeler Creek Wines and Andermel Marron we are known
for our Wines/Cellar Door, Marron and Marron Café.
However our condiments and sauces are quickly gaining a
reputation. If you haven’t tasted them please come
and taste our sensational range, each is available in 250
ml jars.
Savoury Chilli Sauce with Kangaroo Island Honey
This chilli sauce main additional ingredients of KI Honey,
soy and fish sauce combine to provide a unique savoury blend
of tangy flavours to compliment fish, chicken & Asian
dishes.
Lemon Myrtle Tartare Sauce
A traditional smooth, creamy tartare sauce, with added lemony
zing from lemon myrtle. It is ideal with cold cuts of lamb,
beef, and kangaroo and is delicious with seafood.
Bush Tomato & Mountain Pepper Relish
This tangy relish has the intense flavours of the bush tomato
with the added spice of mountain pepper. Ideal with cold
cuts, grills, BBQ’s, burgers, cheese, chicken, sandwiches
and more.
Pickled Marron
The subtle flavour of marron is marinated in sweet chilli
sauce, olive oil, onion and coriander resulting in a very
tasty snack to combine with cheese and crackers or as a
salad.
