you would get produce from Is. Good.
Is. Good, as in Island Good.
Islanders and life long friends, Kate and Sharon formed
Is. Good to use the specialised raw ingredients (Samphire
and Honey) available on their family farms, to produce Island
Samphire and Honey toffees.
Samphire is a unique native plant food delicacy. This succulent
is sought after for its salty spicy taste. We hand harvest
the tips of Samphire plants that grow wild on Kangaroo Island.
Island Samphire is sold fresh or pickled. Both fresh and
pickled Samphire are great as a garnish, a unique salad
ingredient and a perfect accompaniment to seafood. Available
pickled, chilli pickled and fresh (Due to the short growing
season fresh Samphire is not always available).
Our sensational K.I. Honey Toffees are made using as many
Australian and Kangaroo Island
ingredients as possible. Be tempted by our Macadamia and
Honey Hard Toffee, Almond and Honey Chewy Toffee or perhaps
the K.I. Crunch, a fun blend of Honey and Popcorn.
