produce through gourmet food manufacturing and catering.
The Kangaroo Island Source range of condiments includes
curry pastes, meat rubs, chutneys & jams further complimenting
the fantastic regional produce by using locally grown fruits,
vegetables, herbs and spices.
Our retail range includes Chilli Coriander Chutney
265g, Rogan Josh 190g, Vindaloo 200g,
Dukka 100g, Salt & Pepper 100g, Harissa 80g.
Kangaroo Island Source also offer a gourmet catering service,
with a range of menu options from picnic hampers to weddings.
We are dedicated to supporting local farmers and producers.
Services include private dinners for 2-20 people, offering
your own personalised chef for lunch or dinner. Cooking
classes and demonstrations can be included to make your
Kangaroo Island feast
a truly exceptional experience.
Situated on a working farm the Kangaroo Island Source is
dedicated to reconnecting the kitchen
with the land. Our aim is to form a place where people can
experience the simple pleasures
of gathering and cooking with produce as close to its source
as possible.
