Bev & Tony Nolan established the Latitude 36 food business
in 1992. When deciding on a name for the food business they
were aware that when you look on the world map Kangaroo
Island has a Latitude 36. Latitude 36 are makers of Honey
and Mustard Dressing, and long time sole caterers for the
award winning Exceptional Kangaroo Island Tour business.
Chef Tony has a real passion for honey. With Bev’s
family producing Clifford’s Honey it was natural for
Tony to make value added food preserves with the delicious
honey. Products from Latitude 36 are Kangaroo Island produced
for food lovers.
For the retail shops the 250ml bottle of Honey & Mustard
Dressing is ideal to be sold as a gift from
Kangaroo Island. A great souvenir for food lovers! Many
locals have also discovered the delicious dressing. For
serving in restaurants or cafes, the litre bottle size is
ideal for chicken salads as the dressing is so yummy it
will make the meal sumptuous. It is delicious on gourmet
baguettes or rolls, on all meats and salads, or with fresh
KI seafood. The menu ideas are endless.
The dressing is best served chilled and the bottle shaken
well each time used.
The Honey and Mustard Dressing is available in-Cartons
of 32 for retail (minimum order 6). One Litre Bottle for
food service (minimum order 1).

formed to encourage and support value adding producers and
protect the integrity of the Island’s produce. Regional
